Twinkles is a small gem specially designed to bond firmly to
the surface of the tooth. Made of 22-24k gold or 18k white gold set with
diamonds or precious stones covering 1/4 - 1/3 of the surface - tiny and
elegant it will enhance your smile without risk if damage or allergies. The
diamonds we use are brilliant cut Wesselton SI 0,01 ct in all models except
model round 0,02 ct

For a long-lasting bond, Twinkles are applied by a trained professional using dental composite glue. Tooth gems should never be attached at home with regular glue.

We do not include glue with the gem, as trained beauty salons, tattoo studios, and dental clinics already have the necessary materials. The bonding process is similar to applying braces—it keeps the tooth intact and allows for easy removal when desired.

No, the gems should not be attached with a normal glue because there is no safe do-it-yourself procedure that works.

Bonding dental jewelry is a fast and easy procedure that can be performed by a trained salon, or any dentist or dental hygienist using the dental adhesives already available in the clinic.

We sell only the gem, and then your professional salon or dentist will charge for bonding it to your tooth. Some dentist and salons also provides the gem.

A Twinkles gem, when applied correctly to a natural tooth following our instructions, can stay on until you choose to have it removed at a dental clinic. However, it typically lasts around one year. Crystals, on the other hand, usually stay on for 3–6 months.

Note: Twinkles will not adhere to porcelain caps.

The diamond is shaped like a cone in order to create the well-known sparkle. We set the diamond in gold to create a flat surface in the back in order to attach it to the tooth.

The alternative would be to drill a hole in the tooth and that is what we want to avoid.

Swarovski and Preciosa crystals provided by Twindent are made of glass crystal with a flat back surfaced with a foil to create a diamond-like spark. The crystal is led free. The durability is inferior to the gold and diamonds, due to the construction of the foil/glass.

No. Twinkles are bonded to the enamel surface with dental glue, similar to how orthodontic brackets are applied. There’s no drilling, pain, or damage to the tooth during the process.

Removal should be performed by a dental professional. Removal is done by the dentist or dental hygienist in the same manner braces are removed – the gem is polished off and will leave no visible mark on the tooth.

No, the presence of the Twinkles will encourage brushing since it brings more attention to the smile. You can also chew and have your teeth professionally cleaned as usual. The area underneath the Twinkles is sealed and will not be open for any bacteria.

There are no restrictions, but one should always obtain parental consent before bonding a Twinkles on a minor.
